Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support.
  • If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription (trial period), you will receive a full refund of your subscription fee.
  • If you cancel after the 7-day trial period, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no refund will be provided for the remainder of that period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the current billing month after the trial period.

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support.
  • If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you will receive a full refund of your subscription fee.
  • If you cancel after the 14-day period but before using 25% of your subscription term, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription.
  • No refunds will be issued after you have used more than 25% of your subscription term.

2.2 Automatic Renewals

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the subscription term unless canceled prior to the renewal date. If you wish to avoid charges for the next subscription period, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. No refunds will be provided for automatic renewal charges if you fail to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

3. Digital Products and One-Time Purchases

3.1 E-Books, Reports, and Guides

For one-time purchases of digital products such as e-books, investment reports, and guides:

  • Due to the nature of digital products that can be downloaded and duplicated, all sales of digital products are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered to you.
  • However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the purchased digital product, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund if the issue cannot be resolved within 7 days of purchase.

3.2 Online Courses and Webinars

For one-time purchases of online courses and recorded webinars:

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content.
  • No refunds will be issued after you have accessed more than 25% of the course content or after 14 days from the date of purchase, whichever occurs first.
  • For live webinars, refunds may be requested up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the scheduled webinar.
